Vince LaVecchia began his career at Burton Snowboards during it’s heyday, where he channeled his passion for board sports to help Burton become a global leader in actions sports and youth marketing. In 2004, Vince founded Instrument as a new agency to provide creative and marketing services to brands, while working alongside a tight-knit group of creative friends and colleagues. Since then Instrument has grown to be one of the World’s best independent digital agencies, serving clients like Nike, Dropbox, Google, Sonos, Red Bull, Facebook and Patagonia. He acts as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the Operations, Finance, HR functions and New Business efforts.
